TBTEK was instrumental in upgrading our office and making our set ups more secure. After outlining to Tom our requirements, he sourced us a couple of new computers, transferred years of data and added a server to help manage all of our data in a more efficient manner. He has implemented the "remote" feature allowing us to access our computers from home as well as setting up frequent back ups to ensure all data is always secure. On top all of all the technical support, Tom showed real care and professionalism explaining all features and ensuring we all understood what the processes and upgrades did and how they worked. We will definitely be using him in the future for anything technical and would definitely recommend his services.
