How it works
Book in your device
First, book your device in through our site or contact us via one of our social media pages to get started.
If you can’t see your device on our site or need any assistance, please get in touch with us.

Post it to us
We'll then confirm your book-in via email and send you any postal labels and instructions you need to get the device(s) to us.

Collection
Depending on your location you may qualify for collection. If so, we'll arrange collection.
We'll notify you of your device's arrival and the rest is up to us!
According to the nature of the diagnosis, service and/or condition of the device, we will communicate relevant updates and any important information, as we go along.
We'll get to work

We'll inform you of your job's completion and initiate it’s postal return back to you.

Drop-off
If you qualified for collection, we will arrange to drop-off your device too.

Our work here is done!
Finally, your device will arrive back to you, well-packaged and ready to use.
