Remote Support First-Time Setup Guide
(macOS)
IMPORTANT: Remote Support is only available for macOS 10.14 (Mojave) and above!
To check your version, click on the Apple Logo in the top left and choose About this Mac
1. Download our remote support software here:
2. Double click the Zip File and the containing file RustDesk.dmg
3. Navigate to the following link and follow the instructions:

Then, our remote technician will need to know the ID and One-time password
...and you're all done!
For future sessions you can simply open RustDesk from Applications
